Job Description • Utilize Electronic Medical Record system • Assists physicians by performing administrative and clinical duties • Interviews patients to obtain their medical history. • Records patient medical history, vital statistics, and test results in patient medical files. • Cleans and sterilize medical equipment and instruments. • Assists physicians during examination by handing over instruments and materials. • Clean treatment rooms following patient examinations. • Demonstrate a commitment to maintain work practices that comply with established office policies and procedures. • Promote a safe environment for patients, visitors, and peers. • Oversee and ensure that patient's needs are met and that patients are served in an efficient and patient-friendly manner • Respond to staff doctor needs before, during, and after patient exam • Answer incoming telephone calls, greet and check in patients in a professional, courteous, and timely manner Qualifications • Excellent computer skills • Ability to work with confidential information and under pressure • Strong communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Demonstrates initiative • Team player Job Type: • Full-time – Monday-Friday: 7:30am-4:30pm • Pay rate starting at $20/hr, based on experience Experience: • Minimum: 1 to 5 years of work experience in a medical setting • Preferred experience with Electronic Medical Record EHR • Flexibility to travel to satellite clinics on occasion with travel reimbursements Education: • High School Diploma is required Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
