You’ll have the opportunity to: • Lead a dedicated nursing team • Make real-time decisions that impact resident care • Build meaningful relationships with residents and families • Work in a supportive, mission-driven environment rooted in our CARES values What You’ll Do (Your Shift, Your Leadership) As Nurse Supervisor, you’ll take the lead on your assigned shift by: • Overseeing nursing staff to ensure high-quality, individualized care • Conducting resident assessments and ensuring care plans are followed • Coordinating communication between residents, families, physicians, and staff • Making staffing adjustments to maintain safe coverage • Rounding regularly to ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment • Responding quickly to clinical changes and emergencies • Ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations • Supporting admissions, discharges, documentation reviews, and audits • Acting as a key leader and resource for your team You’ll also play a role in coaching, mentoring, and supporting staff development, helping create a strong and collaborative team environment. What You Bring • Active RN license in Connecticut • Current CPR certification • Experience in geriatric or rehabilitation care • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills • Excellent communication and organizational abilities If you’re confident managing complex care and leading teams — we want to meet you.
