Carrier Sales is an entry-level position with no college degree required Duties/Responsibilities: • Develop and Maintain strong and profitable relationships with truckload carriers and suppliers throughout North America using Circle’s history with over 100,000 trucking companies • Dispatch carriers on customer orders, ensuring all requirements are relayed to our partners • Ensure enhanced visibility initiatives are prioritized • Positively and proactively communicate potential issues/escalations to the appropriate parties • Work together with a team of your peers to ensure we provide No-Fail service to every customer Skills/Abilities: • Ability to multitask • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work as a team, while also focusing on individual accomplishments • Be a goal setter, people who set goals consistently achieve/surpass them • Be coachable, we will train you on everything you need to know for the job • Be ready, willing, and able to learn new things!
