As a Production Employee, you’ll play a critical role in the manufacturing process by maintaining plant operations including picking and sorting metals, operating mobile equipment, and housekeeping/cleaning of the yard. You’ll work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and keep operations moving efficiently. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety will be essential in delivering high-quality results and supporting daily operations.
