We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate for our Pittsburgh, PA office. The ideal candidate will have complex commercial litigation experience representing individuals and entities in various federal and state litigation matters and experience in all facets of litigation, including preparing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, handling complex discovery, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and preparing cases for trial. Qualifications: • Four (4) to seven (7) years of commercial litigation experience; • Pennsylvania bar admission required; • Excellent academic credentials; • Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills; • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; • Demonstrated ability and desire to manage a variety of active matters independently; and • Court and deposition experience.
