Overview Franciscan Village - Lemont Dietary Aide/Server - PT 330p-7p Position Summary In this role, you will be responsible for providing assistance in all dietary functions as directed and instructed by the Dining Services management team. Essential Functions, Key Duties, & Responsibilities • Serve meals to the residents and set the table in the dining rooms. • Maintain cleanliness of production areas including but not limited to vents, fryers, flattop, range, steamers, ovens, refrigerators, coolers, and storage areas. • Bus dining room as needed and send dishes through the dishwashing machine. • Wash pots and pans as needed. • Put clean dishes away in appropriate places. • Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed. • Dispose of garbage appropriately. • Perform other duties as assigned. • Comply with all policies and procedures and any updates. Position Requirements Education: High School Diploma/GED Licenses/Certifications: ServSafe certification if required Experience: None required; 1+ years of dining services experience preferred Skills & Abilities: • Exceptional customer service skills Min USD $18.00/Yr.
