Join us as a Converting Operator and take charge of high-speed bag machines that produce quality flexible packaging—safely, efficiently, and on time. What You’ll Do • Set up and operate high-speed bag machines • Monitor quality (regular checks throughout each run) • Troubleshoot issues and partner with Maintenance when needed • Complete basic preventive maintenance and housekeeping • Track production, scrap, and efficiency data accurately • Coordinate with teammates to maximize uptime • Keep machines running smoothly through shift changes You’ll have real ownership—adjusting settings, maintaining run speeds, and ensuring every product meets our standards.
