This position is located in Port Arthur, TX and will consist of various mail related duties, including delivering inbound mail & packages, processing inbound/outbound shipments, heavy lifting, etc, all performed within a corporate working environment. Additional responsibilities include: • Mail Operations - Sort & deliver incoming mail according to established procedures • Shipping/Receiving Services - Receive & scan in/out overnight packages • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude • Adhere to safety, security and business procedure guidelines • Provide support within the operation and perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager Qualifications The qualifications of the Workplace Services Mail Center Specialist position must be detailed oriented and process driven with a background and focus in customer care.
