Reports to the Restaurant Manager. • Greets guests and presents them with the menu • Informs guests of specials, menu changes, answers questions regarding food, beverages and allergies • Receives food and beverage orders from guests and relays to kitchen staff and bartender using a POS system • Communicates with the hosts, table support team, kitchen staff and bartenders to coordinate stations • Presents, opens and pours wine and beer when serving guests • Assists table support team with stocking work stations, removing and resetting used dishes/silverware • Assists with cash register at counter-service restaurants • Performs other duties as required or assigned Qualifications • 1+ years of server experience preferred • Fine dinning server experience is great but not required • Knowledge of the sequence of service and dining room procedures • Excellent communication skills • Basic math skills Job Requirements • Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings, weekends and holidays • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting Additional Information Benefits and Perks • Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance • Paid Time Off • Paid Parental Leave • 401K with match • Free family meal daily • Discounts at Eataly • Referral bonus program • and more!
