As an FQHC provider, your work extends beyond the exam room. You have the opportunity to care for patients who may otherwise experience barriers to healthcare while working alongside professionals committed to addressing the medical, behavioral, and social factors that influence health. Our providers benefit from a collaborative, mission-driven environment where quality care, access, and community impact remain at the center of what we do. Compensation & Benefits • Competitive compensation commensurate with experience • Consistent three-day, 27-hour workweek • FTCA malpractice coverage • 403(b) retirement plan • Collaborative, multidisciplinary care environment • Supportive, mission-driven organizational culture • Opportunity to make a measurable impact in the health of children and families As an FQHC, our organization may also participate in programs that provide additional advantages to eligible clinicians, including National Health Service Corps (NHSC) loan repayment opportunities, subject to individual and site/program eligibility requirements.
