Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required. • Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required. • Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification Additional Data Equal Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans
