Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: • College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program • Outpatient clinical rotation if a new grad or student PTA • Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if a practicing clinician • Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE • Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process) • CPR certification
