What We Offer • Career advancement opportunities • Competitive pay • Daily Pay option • Employee hotel discounts • Flexible scheduling • Comprehensive benefits for eligible associates, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and Profit Sharing • Paid Vacation What You'll Do • Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude. • Check guests in and out and assign rooms. • Answer phones, route calls, and accurately take guest messages. • Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. • Handle guest information and records with confidentiality and integrity. • Maintain accurate cash and transaction records. • Complete required front desk paperwork, logs, and reports. • Perform property walks and help maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and common areas. • Assist with breakfast service and keep the area clean and stocked, as needed. • Provide wake-up calls and assist guests with special requests. • Communicate important guest and property information to the team through the pass-on log. • Support hotel sales and marketing efforts as directed by the General Manager. • Assist with laundry and other hotel operations as needed. • Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For • Previous customer service experience preferred; hospitality experience is a plus. • A friendly, positive attitude and genuine desire to help others. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Ability to remain professional and calm when handling guest concerns. • Ability to handle confidential guest information with integrity. • Basic computer and cash-handling skills. • Reliable and dependable attendance. • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
