As a Residential DSP, you will be more than just a caregiver—you will be an advocate, mentor, and supporter, helping residents live as independently as possible. Our group homes provide 24/7 care for four adults each, and our team works collaboratively to ensure that every resident thrives physically, emotionally, and socially. What You’ll Do: ✅ Take ownership of creating a safe, clean, and engaging home environment. ✅ Support residents with daily life skills like meal preparation, hygiene, and housekeeping. ✅ Ensure medication is properly managed and documented. ✅ Encourage personal growth by facilitating social activities and skill-building opportunities. ✅ Accurately document progress and communicate updates to the team. ✅ Drive residents to appointments, community events, and recreational activities. ✅ Actively engage in problem-solving and be flexible when challenges arise. ✅ Be a team player—reliable, punctual, and willing to step up when needed.
