What You'll Be Doing
As a Quality Technician, you'll be on the manufacturing floor, working with Production, Engineering, and Quality to make sure we're producing parts that meet specifications.
Your responsibilities will include:
•
Inspecting manufactured parts and identifying defects before they become bigger problems.
•
Measuring parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMMs, KEYENCE systems, FARO Arms, and other inspection equipment.
•
Reading blueprints, technical drawings, and inspection specifications to verify product quality.
•
Investigating quality issues and helping determine why defects occur.
•
Documenting inspection findings, measurements, and quality concerns.
•
Working with production teams to resolve problems and prevent repeat defects.
•
Supporting continuous improvement efforts to reduce scrap, improve processes, and maintain quality standards.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who's observant, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
•
Experience in manufacturing, quality inspection, quality control, or a related technical role.
•
Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, or gauges.
•
A strong eye for detail and the ability to recognize defects or inconsistencies.
•
The ability to read blueprints, work instructions, or technical specifications.
•
Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Even Better If You Have:
•
Experience with CMMs, KEYENCE, FARO Arms, or other advanced inspection systems.
•
Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, SPC, PFMEA, or control plans.
•
Experience with root-cause analysis, corrective actions, or continuous improvement.
You don't need to have experience with every inspection system listed.
We value strong fundamentals, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Ready for Your Next Opportunity?
