Qualifications • Minimum 1 year of landscaping or grounds experience required • CPO (Certified Pool Operator Certification) preferred • Experience in maintaining commercial grounds preferred • High school diploma or equivalent required • Valid driver's license required • Strong customer service orientation • Have an eye for detail to ensure property is presentable for new & existing residents • Perform light maintenance • Ability to consistently display a positive attitude • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment No third Parties
