Qualifications • At least 1 year of experience in basic maintenance, general labor, or a related field • Ability to complete all tasks required to make an apartment rent-ready • Strong attention to detail to ensure apartments meet presentation standards • Capable of performing light maintenance tasks (e.g., minor repairs, touch-ups) • Consistently demonstrates a positive and professional attitude • Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with residents, management, vendors, and contractors
