Overview A busy and loving family in Westchester NY is seeking an experienced, reliable, and engaging weekend nanny for their almost two-year-old. The role will be Saturday and Sunday from 9 am until 6 pm with flexibility to stay later when needed. This family travels from time to time and would love someone who can travel with them typically leaving on a Friday. Responsibilities • Provide attentive, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care for an almost two-year-old child • Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive environment • Plan age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities • Maintain the child’s bedroom, playroom, and activity areas • Clean up after child-related meals, snacks, activities, and outings • Wash and organize child-related dishes, bottles, toys, clothing, or linens as needed • Keep the child’s belongings organized and restock diapering or care supplies as needed Qualifications • This family is very private and they are looking for someone who will respect their privacy and space in the home • Dependable, reliable, and trustworthy • Positive, calm demeanor • The family is looking to grow in the future, and the ideal candidate will be seeking a long-term position • Peaceful, grounded, and nurturing- someone who brings a steady, mindful energy into the household • Major plus if the candidate can travel Requirements • Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday long-term • OK with animals • Team player with a great attitude Salary and Benefits • $45 per hour plus some benefits
