DESCRIPTION As an assembler, you are always responsible for process safety, reporting product quality, recording production weights, proper packaging, and storing finished goods in assigned location. An Assembler is also a team player. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION • Always maintain a safe working atmosphere. • Monitoring all work processes for safe working conditions. • Practice proper working procedures. • Report all violations in safety policies to the Production Supervisor. • Maintain a clean working area. • Complete all quality checks. • Inform supervisor of any safety or quality issues. • Complies with all company policies and procedures. • Other tasks and duties as assigned. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS • Able to read and understand work instructions. • Able to work scheduled work hours along with occasional required overtime. • Able to communicate effectively. • Ability to read a tape measure will be very helpful. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • Bending, reaching, stretching, kneeling, and stooping. • Standing for up to 8 hours at a time. REPORTING This position reports to the Production Supervisor.
