Overview A Shelf Electrician is responsible for maintaining electrical equipment on the platform, while ensuring regulatory compliance and developing maintenance plans. Responsibilities • Maintenance of electrical equipment on platform including motor controls, batteries, relays, VFDs, generators, power transducers • Electrical isolations • Calibration of equipment • Regulatory compliance (USCG and MMS) • Assisting in the development of Electrical maintenance plans • Strict adherence to all safety standards Qualifications • High School Diploma or Equivalent • 5+ years’ electrical maintenance experience in the oil and gas industry • Valid TWIC card • Familiar with Microsoft Office
