The candidate will work across the organization and requires active communication with internal partners. Strong customer support skills along with the ability to write clear and concise technical documentation is a must. Candidates must have broad technical ability across hardware and software. Qualifications • BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline • 5+ years of experience in platform/software development, validation, or support. • Significant Linux skillset, preferably with embedded Linux software development. • platform-level application development or scripting and debug (preferably Java and C) • platform enabling experience and understanding of software stack from FW/BIOS, boot loader, OS, driver, network to application. • familiar with Network protocols and how to debug • familiar with implementing software in the cloud • experience dealing with and managing customer escalations • demonstrated ability to listen, understand, and communicate professionally to customers Additional Information
