Job Description - Develops wiring systems in different development and construction phases - Defines and coordinates work packages for internal and external partners - Evaluates product change requests and provides solutions with focus on VAVE - Collects CAD data from the customer and forwards it to internal departments (according to the need-to-know principle) - Coordinates changes, controls and reports on status to internal and external parties - Identifies cost and efficiency improvements, e.g. Design for manufacturing or design to cost - Supports design reviews and takes part in quality and design activities (DFMEA, Design for Manufacuting, etc.) -Works at LEONI and/or customers' location - Analyses and operates according to various requirements (customers, LEONI, IATF, etc.) - Creates production documents (e.g. bill of materials, cutting lists, wire charts, ...) - Acts internally and externally as a contact person (e.g. for customers and suppliers) Qualifications • Level of Education : University Degree with 5 years of experience • Field of Study: Technical/Scientific • Language : French & English • IT: Microsoft Office • Social competences: Communication, social & intercultural sensitivity, change management, target & result orientation, motivation & resilience, self-organization, conflict management, teamwork • Pofessional Skills: Customer Specific Requirements/Solution Delivery Methodology/ Process Capability/ Problem Solving Techniques /Performance Measurement /Diagnostics Additional Information People of all genders are always meant equally; for linguistic simplification and better readability, only the masculine form is used in the text.
