As an Employment Specialist II, you will coach, train, and support a caseload of clients, collaborate with employers and community partners, and serve as a positive, skillful representative of our organization. Position Perks & Benefits • Company Vehicle Provided • Company laptop and cell phone • 12 Paid Holidays • 10 Vacation Days + 10 Sick & Safe Days • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance • Company-paid access to mental health support (counseling sessions, legal and financial resources) • 403(b) Retirement Plan with Company Match • Health Savings Account (HSA) with Company Match What You’ll Do • Support a caseload of 40+ clients, including assessments, skill training, job placement, and follow‑along services • Receive referrals and coordinate employment-related activities • Complete and maintain client documentation per licensing and accreditation requirements • Transport clients as needed • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, employers, funders, co-workers, and community members • Develop knowledge of multiple industries and maintain a professional network • Use technology to ensure timely and accurate communication • Work independently while contributing effectively to a team • Track employment progress and outcomes with strong attention to detail What You’ll Need to Succeed • High school diploma/equivalent + two years of related work experience, preferably with individuals with disabilities OR Degree in human services/social services + minimum one year of related experience • Experience with group facilitation and 1:1 training (preferred) • Sales or customer service experience (preferred) • Strong self‑management and organizational skills • Understanding of basic business concepts and workplace expectations • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Proficiency in computer-based office software • Sensitivity and respect for individuals with disabilities • Must live within 15 miles of Shakopee • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation • Ability to pass a MN DHS background check Why Join Us?
