Overview Software Engineer (.NET) | $80,000 - $110,000 | Hybrid (4 Days Onsite) Build technology that powers one of the fastest-growing waste and recycling companies in the Northeast. Interstate Waste Services (IWS) is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications that support critical business operations across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Ohio. Location & Schedule 📍 Teaneck, NJ🏢 Hybrid Schedule: 4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote🗓️ Monday - Friday 💰 $80,000 - $110,000 annually (based on experience) What You'll Do • Build and maintain applications using C# and .NET 8+ • Develop and support REST APIs and system integrations • Design scalable solutions that improve business operations • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions • Contribute to application architecture, performance enhancements, and modernization initiatives • Other Duties as requested What We're Looking For • 1-3+ years of software development experience • Strong experience with C#, .NET 8+, SQL Server, and API development • Experience building and supporting enterprise applications • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Bonus Points For • Blazor • Azure Cloud Services • Azure DevOps & CI/CD Pipelines • Mobile Application Development • Financial/Payment Systems Integration Important Requirement Work Authorization Requirement: Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States with unrestricted work authorization.
