Security Clearance: SECRET position. Personnel must possess a final DoD granted SECRET security clearance Experience and Degree: Mid: PhD; Master’s degree with 5 years of experience; Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience; Associate degree with 15 years of experience, or High School diploma/GED with 20 years of experience Experience: • Shall provide electrical engineering expertise to analyze complex electrical systems, electrical-design, architecture, procurement, testing, and other electrical issues. • Shall integrate electrical components into complex hardware and software designs. • Shall organize and direct electrical installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities • Shall prepare reports and recommendations concerning existing and emerging electrical technologies based on users’ requirements. • Shall develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems based upon documented requirements. • Shall provide specific input to the software components of a system design to include hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, use of COTS/GOTS in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components. • Shall design, implement, and integrate software applications or performs software engineering tasks. • Shall utilize software engineering and design methodologies appropriate to the development, integration, and production environment. • Shall ensure efficient delivery of software engineering capabilities using industry standards and repeatable processes. • Shall mitigates risks, control costs and schedule variance, and effectively manages large scale, integrated software projects. • Shall review and tests software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results. • Acts as I&T Lead
