Responsibilities The Whitley County Family YMCA is seeking an enthusiastic and attentive part-time Member Services Representative to join our team by becoming an ambassador of the YMCA who delivers a high standard of service that is efficient, effective, and member-focused at all times to our diverse community. • Connect: Build effective, authentic relationships with members. • Serve: Maintain member satisfaction and communication needs in a personal yet professional manner and respond to emergency situations in the branch as needed. • Lead: Keep membership records accurate, up-to-date, secure, and confidential while working towards consistent growth in new memberships and member retention levels.
