Overview This is a canvassing job. You’ll be working in neighborhoods, talking with homeowners, representing Renewal by Andersen of Eastern NY, and helping generate interest in what we do. It’s simple…if you like being outside, meeting people, and working with a solid team instead of staring at a screen all day, you will enjoy this more than most entry-level positions. Responsibilities Here’s what’s true: • Starting pay: $16/hour • Predictable schedule • Full benefits • 401(k) • Profit sharing • Generous bonus program • Team outings and company events • Located near the Rotterdam Corporate Park in Schenectady, NY Qualifications No gimmicks… No “rockstar wanted.” No promises that this job will unlock your higher purpose. It may though... What we can say is this: We are a growing, successful company with a strong reputation in the community, and we believe people should be treated fairly and paid fairly for their effort. You’ll have training, support, and a team that wants you to succeed. You don’t need years of experience. You do need to be dependable, comfortable talking to people, and willing to put in honest work. Many find a relaxed pace, a good crew, decent pay, solid benefits, is a better deal than a lot of other entry-level jobs. If that sounds worth a conversation, apply. Simple as that. Job Type: Full-time Hourly: $16/hr with uncapped commissions
