Purpose: Ensure center compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations, supervise children during all activities and individualize classroom instruction to prepare participating children to be successful in school. Job Responsibilities: • Assist and supervise children during all activities. • Develop and maintain positive communication with parents. • Assist and participate in developing classroom activities. • Implement appropriate behavior management techniques. Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Experience working with young children. • Child Development Associate or equivalent preferred; or willingness to obtain CDA • 18 years or older.
