About this position... The Construction Superintendent for our new Senior Living Facility and Multi-Family project will be responsible for the on-site management and coordination of the project from start to finish. This individual will oversee the site based out of the Greater Harrisburg area. • Leads the project construction team. • Continuously monitors and adjusts schedules, administers budgets, cost control, quality, and safety review. • Ensures true Quality Partner relationships are created and maintained. • Monitors the construction schedule to ensure work is on time. • Complete schedule changes when necessary. • Establishes project and construction priorities.
