About the Position... The Laborer will be assisting with various tasks and projects related to the company’s construction division. These individuals will be performing manual labor to ensure that job-sites are progressing and deadlines are being met as laid out by the Superintendent and Foreman. • Report to the Superintendent/Foreman for daily work assignments. • Operate tampers, jack hammers, demolition saws, pumps, and pressure washers as required. • Operate company owned vehicles, material handlers, scissor lifts, rental equipment and including towing trailers and compressors. • Responsible for organizing and maintaining site storage trailers and equipment. • Installation of exterior and interior foundation drains. • Assist Carpenters as required with various activities from rough carpentry to finish carpentry. • Assist with other daily sitework tasks such as demolition and clean-up.
