About the position... The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall residential maintenance of the Brooks Edge property located in Camp Hill. • Perform light electrical repairs, plumbing work, drywall repairs and light carpentry work. • Replace broken glass, tile, carpet, screens, fixtures, appliances. • Painting on interior and exterior. • Maintain and coordinate proper pool maintenance as needed. • Completion of property work orders. • Schedule contractors when necessary, and manage job to completion. • Responsible for stock control and utilization of maintenance materials. • Responsible for preparing apartments prior to resident occupancy. What we are looking for from you... • Minimum of 4 years Commercial/Residential maintenance experience required. • Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience. • High School Diploma or GED. • Must possess all tools needed to perform service duties. • Must have valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
