About the position... The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance of the residential properties. We are looking for a technician at our Whisperwood property located on the East Shore in Harrisburg. • Responsible for multiple Maintenance projects such as light electrical repairs, light plumbing work, painting, light carpentry, replacement of glass, tile, carpet, screens, garbage disposals, fixtures, appliances, etc. • Responsible for stock control and utilization of maintenance materials. • Responsible for preparing apartments prior to resident occupancy. • Ensure that residents are provided with a clean, safe, well-maintained community. • Must be able to work assigned on call.
