Overview Coordinator, Community Participation Supports Status: Full-time, 37.5 hours per weekSchedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4:00 pmLocation: Camp Hill, PAPay: $18.00 per hour, up to $18.75 per hour with NADSP DSP certification(s) Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 What We’re Looking For: • 6 months – 2 years of previous Direct Support Professional (DSP) or Direct Care Worker experience • Valid driver’s license with at least 6 months of driving experience • 18 years of age • Access to a vehicle with valid insurance, registration, and inspection • Ability to communicate, read, write, and understand English • Preferred: Associate’s degree or technical certification As a Community Participation Supports Coordinator, you’ll help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities build skills, connect with their communities, and participate in meaningful daily activities. You’ll plan engaging experiences, support personal growth, and encourage independence through real-life learning and social opportunities.
