Seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a 12-week temporary assignment supporting our pediatric therapy clinics in Conroe and The Woodlands, Texas. This position is an excellent opportunity for a PT looking for a short-term assignment with a full caseload from day one and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced pediatric therapy team. Position Details • Assignment Length: 12 weeks • Start Date: January 4, 2027 • Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–7:00 PM • Hours: 40 hours per week • Locations: Conroe and The Woodlands, TX • Caseload: Full schedule at both locations upon starting • Employment Type: Temporary / Travel Assignment • Salary Range: $48-$56 per billable hour (unit based); $70 per evaluation What You'll Do • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to pediatric patients • Evaluate and treat patients based on individualized goals and treatment plans • Collaborate with families and other members of the therapy team • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation • Provide family education and recommendations to support progress outside of therapy • Transition smoothly into an established caseload and clinic schedule Why Cole Health?
