Position Title: Associate Director of Marketing & Business Development Department: Business Development Reports To: President/ Chief Executive Officer or designee Position Summary Tarzana Treatment Centers (TTC), a leading nonprofit behavioral healthcare provider, is seeking an Associate Director of Marketing & Business Development to support payer relations, contract management, and revenue growth across managed care, private insurance, and private pay services. Qualifications • 3 to 5 years’ experience in Substance Use and Mental healthcare business development, managed care contracting, or payer relations • Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills • Ability to work cross‑functionally and present data to leadership • Knowledge of primary care a plus • Bachelor's degree or above.
