JOB SUMMARY Authentix is supporting a strategic oil and gas field development project in Morocco that plays a key role in advancing energy infrastructure and operational capabilities in the region. The HR Manager will serve as a critical business partner to both local and global leadership, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains the talent necessary to support the successful execution of this project. The HR Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing HR policies, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with Moroccan labor laws. This position requires strong collaboration with local and global stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business objectives while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is essential SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS The essential functions listed below are representative of the functions that must be performed in order to satisfactorily fulfill the purpose of this job. Additional functions and duties may be assumed or assigned from time to time. • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Moroccan labor laws and global HR standards. • Manage employee benefits programs and ensure competitive offerings. • Lead recruitment efforts including candidate screening, interviewing and onboarding. • Oversee employee lifecycle processes including hiring, performance management and separations. • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR related matters. • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation. • Collaborate with the Global HR VP and local GM to align HR strategies with business goals. • Ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
