Shall represent the club in a professional and exemplary manner and promote the success of the club to guests, staff, and any other parties. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Essential functions may include the following tasks, knowledge, skills, and other characteristics. This list of tasks is ILLUSTRATIVE ONLY and is not a comprehensive listing of all functions and tasks performed by positions in this class. • Provide exceptional guest service to both external and internal guests by maintaining and exhibiting the We-Ko-Pa Way Service Standards: Smile and Greet, name and Meet, Thank You, and Goodbye. • Responsible for serving the guest's food, drinks, and snacks while providing exemplary service. • Must demonstrate fiscal responsibility by providing proper change to guests and accurately completing end-of-shift paperwork. • Complete all side work and maintain par levels of condiments and paper products in work areas. • Coordinate with the kitchen and servers’ daily events and specials. • Provide the type of service that exceeds guest's expectations. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Must have a Food Service worker license. • Must fully understand the POS system and all related programs. • Hold yourself, your supervisors, and your co-workers to the highest standards. • Work together with management to establish an environment in which everyone is informed and involved. • Know the menu and bar drinks, including, pricing and ingredients.
