Compensation: • $75,000 - $100,000+/year Why YOU Should Join Our Team: • Competitive Pay • Full Benefits: Medical, prescription, dental, and vision plans to help keep you and your loved ones healthy • Additional Protection: Disability and term life insurance • 401(k): Company matching benefits • Career Development: Ongoing training and development with clear pathways for growth • Paid Time Off: Paid holidays and PTO so you can recharge and enjoy life outside of work What YOU Will Do: • Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems • Help customers make confident, informed buying decisions • Identify HVAC issues and clearly communicate findings and recommended solutions to customers • Educate customers on their HVAC systems, functions, maintenance, and needs • Maintain a fully stocked vehicle inventory for service calls • Accurately document work performed according to company procedures • Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions • Set up HVAC service or installation calls when needed What We Need From YOU: HVAC LICENSE REQUIRED: Candidates must currently hold a valid H3-1 HVAC license in either North Carolina or South Carolina • Current H3-1 HVAC license in North Carolina or South Carolina • 2-3+ years of residential HVAC service and sales experience • Strong knowledge of HVAC codes and safety procedures • Experience managing a company vehicle and product inventory • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new methods • Superb customer service and communication skills • Honesty, dependability, and reliability • Physical dexterity necessary to perform residential HVAC service work • Ability to successfully complete required motor vehicle and background checks and drug screening Posted Min Pay Rate USD $75,000.00/Yr.
