What YOU Will Do: • Analyze work orders, address customer concerns, and perform HVAC installations • Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes and ensure seamless operations. • Maintain inventory and ensure trucks are properly equipped for each installation job. • Document work accurately and provide guidance to apprentices. • Stay updated with HVAC codes and standards and uphold professional conduct at all times. • Drive and maintain company vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency.
