In this position, you will primarily be responsible for providing leadership and guidance for your team members in overseeing the performance of the equipment and systems at your facility. Core Responsibilities • Be responsible for the efficient operation of the Ammonia Refrigeration, Boiler Steam, Compressed Air, Hot Water and Central Fire Suppression Systems • Direct and lead team in installation, repair and preventive maintenance of equipment as needed • Limit and reduce mechanical downtime to keep production lines running at top efficiency • Plan, schedule and manage up to seven technicians on your team • Continually promote safety as a top priority • Provide technical assistance to all production and sanitation departments Requirements • A minimum of five years of practical experience in the refrigeration and utilities field • Effective communication (both written and verbally) and interpersonal skills • Proficiency with computers, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) • Ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities • Proven ability to plan, organize and effectively manage people • Strong problem solving, negotiating and decision-making skills • Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others Fresh Mark welcomes all interested people to apply for job opportunities in our company.
