Automotive Express Advisor / Writer Qualifications: ● Timely with a strong work ethic ● Ability to work efficiently and effectively, with a sense of urgency ● Ability to skillfully handle customer interactions, projecting professionalism and ensuring each customer feels valued and important ● Strong communication skills ● Attention to detail Automotive Express Advisor Responsibilities: ● Provide quality customer service, consistently achieving excellent CSI marks ● Serve as communicator between customer and technician.
