What You Bring • Experience: 4+ years of mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC/R industry. • Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with water chillers and refrigeration; Universal EPA license preferred. • Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, technical communication, and a total commitment to safety.
