Overview Field Service Technician — Immediate Hire $75,000–$90,000 First Year | Full‑Time | Extensive Travel Nationwide We’re looking for a hands-on Field Service Technician to install, service, and support advanced industrial packaging mechanical/electronic equipment at customer sites nationwide. If you enjoy troubleshooting, working independently, and nationwide travel, this role is a strong fit. What You’ll Do • Install, repair, and maintain advanced industrial packaging machinery • Troubleshoot using hand tools, test equipment, and multimeters • Provide on‑site and phone support to customers • Train operators and assist with product demonstrations • Work with engineering support team to resolve technical issues • Build strong customer relationships • Manage extensive, required travel (up to 100%): assignments typically last one to two weeks, and occasionally up to three.
