This position requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, teamwork, and a commitment to quality and safety. Responsibilities: • Assemble metal, stone, wood, and electrical parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and machinery according to detailed specifications and blueprints • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and assembly instructions • Inspect assembled products for defects or deviations from quality standards and report issues to the quality team • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly challenges and improve production processes • Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times • Meet production and quality expectations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Education/Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent required • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions • Basic mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills • Self-driven with strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods • Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred • Basic understanding of wood assembly techniques and tools preferred • Previous cabinet-making or manufacturing experience preferred • Knowledge of refrigeration systems is a plus • Experience following safety standards in industrial settings About CFS Brands: Headquarters located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, CFS BRANDS is a market-leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of commercial foodservice, healthcare, and industrial hygiene products.
