JOB SUMMARY: The PCM is responsible for the ensuring that good manufacturing practice is being performed to ensure that a safe and high-quality product is being produced. Cone Line 1st Shift ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Other duties may be assigned. • Take a proactive role in assuring safe, quality products are being produced; reporting any deficiencies that are found. • Interpret and enforce good manufacturing practice (GMP), regulations, and procedures to ensure food safety standards are met. • Maintain records that would confirm that good manufacturing practices are being implemented. • Other duties may be assigned at the request of the 2nd Processing Superintendent. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to three months of experience and/or training; or the combination equivalent of both education and experience.
