Key Responsibilities: • Prepare general ledger/journal entries, own weekly financials and be primary point of contact for the Accounting team. • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable/Collections staff • Prepare supporting schedules as needed. • Perform monthly account reconciliations and research variances. • Assist with quarterly/year end closes and preparation of financial statements. • Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual budgets. • Prepare inventory accounting, reconciliation, and adjustments. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • 2+ years of general accounting experience. • General business knowledge-concepts, practices, procedures. • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. • Excellent communication, organization, diligence, and time-management skills.
