Pay: $19.00 - $21.50 per hour Job description: Assignment Type: 3‑Month Temp‑to‑Hire Shift: Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Monday–Friday Pay: $19/hr to start → $21.50/hr + Full Union Benefits upon hire Position Overview We are hiring Record Center Specialists for a physically demanding, fast‑paced role involving the movement, organization, and processing of stored documents and materials. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy active work, consistency, and long‑term growth opportunities. Job Responsibilities • Manually lift, carry, push, pull and maneuver boxes, bins, and totes ranging from 24 lbs to over 100 lbs. • Load and safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment. • Process incoming and outgoing orders consisting of files, binders, books, backup tapes, and more. • Accurately read and process labels and utilize Iron Mountain's proprietary computer system to track orders. • Operate a handheld scanner to locate and verify inventory. • Climb and balance on ladders to access storage locations. • Load and shrink‑wrap pallets (ground level and on carts). • Load pallets onto trucks manually and with material-handling aids. Physical Requirements This is a high‑intensity physical role requiring the ability to: • Walk, stand, kneel, squat, stoop, bend, twist for extended periods. • Lift and carry 10–100 lbs regularly without assistance. • Navigate stairs, inclines, uneven surfaces, and concrete floors. • Work in varying warehouse conditions. • Read and write in English.
