Are you the person everyone in the shop comes to when it's time to improve cycle times, solve tooling problems, or optimize a machining process?
We're looking for an experienced machining professional to join our outside sales team. This is an opportunity for someone with a strong technical background in CNC machining who enjoys working directly with customers to improve productivity and manufacturing performance.

• Partner with leading tooling manufacturers to deliver technical solutions that create measurable value.
What We're Looking For
• Hands-on CNC machining experience in a production or job shop environment.
• Strong knowledge of carbide cutting tools, indexable tooling, workholding, and machining processes.
• Experience selecting tooling, feeds and speeds, and optimizing machining operations.
• Ability to confidently discuss machining applications with programmers, engineers, shop owners, and production managers.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sales experience is a plus but not required—we value technical credibility first.

• Vehicle allowance and business expense reimbursement.
• Comprehensive benefits – health, dental, vision – day-1 of employment
• 401k with match
