We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Member Support Center Representative. Job Summary: We are seeking a Member Support Center Representative to assist members and potential members with their telephone requests; explains services, responds to problems, and directs phone calls to the appropriate area. Key Responsibilities: - Assist members and potential members with their telephone requests. - Research and resolve routine member questions and problems. - Answer questions about credit union products and services. - Answer loan questions, calculate payments, calculate payoffs and provide requested documentation. - Identify cross-sell opportunities and cross-sell services to members. - Maintain member account information on computer system. - Ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - One year to three years of similar or related experience. - Prior call center experience is preferred. - Customer service experience is a plus. - Strong communication skills and attention to detail. - Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
