Job Summary & Essential Functions Build through-hole (THT) and surface mount (SMT) printed circuit board assemblies, placing components on boards per controlled parts lists, drawing documentation and quality workmanship guidelines. • Cut and form (prep) components • Perform manual placement of THT components • Assemble chassis components using a variety of hardware • Assemble electromechanical devices using a variety of hardware • Recommend changes in documentation to ensure high quality results Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job orders, specifications, drawings, schematics, process sheets, wiring diagrams, and small print • Component identification skills • Ability to perform component prep using hand tools and tooling • Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to produce quality results • Ability to work in a high volume, high detail work environment • Ability to read, comprehend and follow instructions (including small print) • Ability to manipulate and work with tedious and small parts Required Experience & Education • High School Diploma or GED • No experience (previous manufacturing experience preferred Why You’ll Love Working Here • Competitive pay and great benefits— including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off • Be part of a company that’s growing, changing, and full of new opportunities • A supportive, team-focused culture where your ideas matter • Meaningful work that impacts industries making a difference in the world Intervala utilizes and/or develops certain technologies which are subject to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) or the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
